Refund policy

All AiMoNest products are made-to-order, created especially for each customer.

Because each item is custom-made, 

Please refer to the item description for our return and exchange policy. 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Buyer ordering the wrong item

• Minor color variations caused by different monitor settings

• Normal production variations

We will gladly replace your order if:

• The wrong item was received.

• The size, color, or design does not match the order.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
